Mollie B's story - How it all started

My passion for baking began when, as a little girl, I would watch my grandma Mollie create heavenly desserts from simple, wholesome ingredients. Our family and friends would get together for what they called coffee and . . . The "and" meant something really wonderful that Mollie had just baked.

She is the inspiration for Mollie B's Cookies, Cakes & Pies. Using my grandma's philosophy, I have taken some of her old recipes, added a few embellishments of my own, and created some new desserts for you to make memories of your own. Enjoy!

A Delicious Memory in Every Bite

Each unique Mollie B’s creation is made lovingly from scratch. We use organic sugar (evaporated cane juice), Belgian and French chocolate, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, hormone-free butter, and cage-free large eggs, together with other secret ingredients to create our delectable desserts.

Double Chocolate Chip
Our signature cookie is crunchy outside with a chewy center. It is both buttery and sweet and loaded with two kinds of chocolate chips. (Nuts are optional). We recommend one cookie for each hand.

Oatmeal-Raisin Spice
This oatmeal cookie will take you back to your childhood cookie jar. A cookie with just the right amount of toasty oats and sweet, moist raisins. We've added some extra spice to warm your taste buds. Try it with an afternoon cup of tea.

Honey Roasted Peanut Butter
A peanut butter lover's dream. Its crumbly exterior, chewy center, honey roasted peanuts, and a generous helping of peanut butter folded in, makes this cookie the perfect balance of salty, sweet and crunchy. Don't forget to pour a big glass of milk.

Aunt Syl’s Triple Fudge
A melt-in-your-mouth brownie, made with Valrhona cocoa powder, and two kinds of chocolate chips. (Nuts are optional). If you're looking for pure chocolate indulgence this is your brownie.

All cookies and brownies are made to order and sold by the dozen. Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.
